本公司生產(chǎn)的水料系列擠出造粒機(jī)組適用于破碎清洗薄膜、編織裝、滴灌帶(PE. PP)的擠出造粒， 本機(jī)組第一階擠出機(jī)采用排氣設(shè)計(jì)、具有排氣和壓水排水功能，使造出來(lái)的顆粒更結(jié)實(shí)、光滑、純凈。
螺桿機(jī)筒采用38CrMoAIA制造，調(diào)質(zhì)加工后氧化處理。下料口制合全，齒輪箱為國(guó)標(biāo)箱，配備水循環(huán)冷卻油泵裝置，獨(dú)立電柜，雙板不停機(jī)換網(wǎng)膜頭，5.5Kw調(diào)速240X24滾刀新款切料機(jī)。
The water series extrusion granulation unit produced by our company is suitable for crushing and cleaning film, weaving, drip irrigation tape (PE. PP) extrusion granulation. The first stage extruder of this unit adopts exhaust design, with exhaust and pressure water drainage function, so that the produced particles are more solid, smooth and pure.
The screw barrel is made of 38crmoaia and oxidized after quenching and tempering. The gear box is a national standard box, equipped with water circulation cooling oil pump device, independent electric cabinet, double plate non-stop screen head change, 5.5kW speed 240x24 hob new cutting machine.
